Unincorporated businesses have a reduced level of responsibilities compared to Limited Companies. However, they still have responsibilities none-the-less, and we are here to ensure you meet these responsibilities.

Simas Accounting & Tax will remind you in a timely fashion as to what the upcoming due dates are for documents to be submitted. We will prepare these for your review and approval, and furthermore will also submit these to the relevant bodies on your behalf.
We will advise you of your tax liabilities as early as possible to assist your cash planning, and ensure that you claim the tax reliefs available to you.
This will give you the peace of mind that your affairs are up to date and correct. And it will also minimise your tax liabilities at the same time, protecting your wealth.
We will request the information we require from you following your year end, and from this prepare draft accounts together with any outstanding queries we may have.
We will discuss with you the form of the accounts, and prepare the accounts accordingly. Dependent on the size of the business, we would either look to meet with you to discuss the accounts and the business, or alternatively minimise our costs by dealing with any queries we have be email, letter or telephone.
We can offer clients additional services, for example:
- the preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts ,
- review and submission of VAT returns and
- preparation of Forms P11D
